Join Lu Ann Reeb, Senior Executive-in-Residence, Associate Chair and Director of Entrepreneurship Studies and Business Studies, for a conversation with Emerson Entrepreneurs. Hear from the student and alumni business owners bringing their ideas to life as part of Emerson’s E3 program, Emerson Launch, and the Emerson Entrepreneurship Club. Creativity and innovation is alive and bustling inside of Emerson’s entrepreneurship portals – join us to learn more!

Data, Design, and Play: Creating Media for Civic Engagement
The Engagement Lab is an applied research and design lab at Emerson College devoted to understanding and cultivating a just, participatory democracy for a digital age. We are scholars, artists, and designers, committed to understanding how new forms of data, narrative, and play impact people’s lives, foster communication across differences, and motivate meaningful practices of civic engagement. Join us to learn about our design approach, our graduate program in civic media, and our impact on real world issues working with NGOs and government partners in Boston and around the world. We’ll demo some of our recent projects from web apps, to interactive media sites, to table-top games and workshops.
